Times Property YOU Apartment is a boutique residential project designed by IAPA in 2008, located in the bustling Huanshi Road business district of Guangzhou, close to Jianshe Sixth Road. The entire design continues IAPA's minimalist style, with a pure yet grand exterior facade, and the rationalization of space design provides an aesthetic pleasure.
The interior design is inspired by human sensations, the entry of light, and the flow of air. The essence of traditional culture is perfectly combined with fashionable modern architectural art and space decoration design, reflecting the perfect integration of philosophy of life and aesthetics of living. The temperament blooms with the heart, and the entire project is perceived as a work of art.
Reasonable use of light and shadow changes, directly introducing sunlight into the interior, making the indoor space more intimate and natural. The lighting is set on both sides of the space, preventing people from easily getting glare; warm light adjusts the atmosphere of the space to be comfortable and peaceful. Furniture and accessories all adopt a style of simple lines and pure colors.
The treatment of the walls abandons cumbersome decorations, restoring the artistic temperament of the walls themselves, coupled with special corner and ceiling line processing techniques, making the walls more lightweight. Each apartment innovatively uses a suspended toilet, push-pull folding shuttle type blinds, and new-type outdoor wooden flooring, making the home a work of art.
