Beichen Real Estate Company's new office is another interior design project by IAPA for Beichen Real Estate Company after the Zhongguancun Hotel. The project is located in the New Era Building in Beijing Beiyuan, with an area of about 3,800 square meters, and the rooftop garden landscape area is about 1,310 square meters. The client requires clear and smooth organization of various traffic flow lines. Based on the existing space of the building, it meets the office management characteristics of the real estate company, achieving convenient office space use, easy management and maintenance, and safe and reliable requirements; pay attention to energy conservation, and the selected decorative materials meet the requirements of green and environmental protection. The design has distinct characteristics of the times and reflects the corporate spirit of Beichen Real Estate Company.
The focus of the spatial design is on expressing a refined space temperament that is almost abstract. The office space pursues simplicity, brightness, and grandeur. The corridors pursue the hierarchical changes of curved spaces and the smooth and dynamic feel of straight-line spaces, integrating the modern business office's concise and capable corporate spirit and the practical and steady corporate culture into the office environment.
