The China Resources Silver Lake Blue Mountain project is a large-scale ecological livable high-end residential area in the center of Shenzhen, mainly consisting of high-end residences and regional supporting commercial areas. The project covers an area of 60,000 square meters with a construction area of about 300,000 square meters, mainly composed of high-rise, super high-rise residences, affordable housing, apartments, and commercial facilities. It is expected to set a new standard for human settlement in the Silver Lake area in the future.
