About Shuiyin Promenade
Shuyin Promenade is located on the banks of the Li River, one of the world's most beautiful rivers, in the only egret ecological protection wetland in Guilin - Egret Island, facing the ancient "Qifeng Guayue" scene across the river.

"Shuyin Promenade"
We have invited Mr. Liu Taiger, a global urban planning master and the father of Singapore's planning, to lead the overall planning and architectural design of the Guilin "Shuyin Promenade" villa project. The attempt is to create a place among the green mountains and clear waters of Li River, where the beauty of nature can be presented without reservation, allowing people to return to the tranquility of body and mind in the poetic dwelling of mountains and waters, and to listen to their true selves.
Project Background
In 2015, IAPA was invited by the client of "Shuyin Promenade" to be responsible for the interior and landscape design of Villa No. 32 in Shuiyin Promenade. The client hopes to build this project into the most beautiful landscape villa-style hotel in China.

"It is said that the great path meanders low, and the great flavor is always subtle;

The so-called Zen is to forget the concept of Zen.

Therefore, 'Shuyin Promenade' is about retracing the original rustic charm,

Design is about removing the traces of design."
