Red copper-colored rusted steel plate furniture and integrated stair design connect various spaces, extending from the reception desk at the entrance to the zigzag staircase, like a spatial sculpture; the pure smooth white terrazzo and the rough and bold red copper-colored rusted steel plate form a strong contrast in material properties, making the space full of tension and dramatic.

"Boxes" floating in the air, with display windows, model room balconies, and windowsills on the facade, form a highly sculptural rusted steel window case, enriching the entire space.

Materials serve as the carrier of space. How can designers keenly capture the characteristics of the space and present them through materials to maximize the spatial experience? We hope to use the least amount of design language and material types to meet comprehensive consumption and usage needs. Whether it is craftsmanship or color and materials, we only retain the most basic content, replacing diversity with uniqueness, bringing minimalism to the extreme, and thus maximizing the restoration of spatial characteristics, which is also our original intention of design.
