Bachelor of Interior Design (or related field). 10 years+ work experience as an interior designer (preferably in a specialist interior design company). Passion for design and innovation. Ability to produce work of a high standard.

Has independently led interior design projects for office buildings, hotels, restaurants and exhibition centers. Has strong conceptual design and spatial design skills. Can lead a team to complete a project start to finish. Can attend to all aspects of the project in its various stages, is familiar with design materials and dealing with design details.

Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork mindset, well-organized and able to manage others (if necessary), good communication skills.

Strong English language skills (speaking and writing). Able to work in an international design team. Able to apply international design ideas to your own work. Those who have independently led large/medium scale construction projects will be highly regarded.

Participated in large scale urban planning design for major cities or territories, heritage parks, landscape parks, industrial districts, tourist or vacation destinations or similar projects. Possesses strong conceptual design capabilities and a natural sense of design. Possesses knowledge of architectural construction and the construction process.

Architecture / Design / Art / Media or related study qualification with relevant work experience.

Passion for media, design and art. Excellent communication skills. Able to assist in publishing materials, planning exhibitions, assisting with media and academic events and functions.

Possesses natural artistic vision and a strong sense of design. Able to organize, compose and complete publication materials.

Attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. Positive attitude, responsible and able to work in a highly efficient office environment.

Excellent written Chinese and strong Chinese calligraphy skills required.

Design or Art related study qualification with at least two years of planning/architecture/landscape design experience.

Possesses great understanding of traditional Chinese characters, able to write traditional Chinese calligraphy. Able to understand design drawings. Can produce high quality work under time pressure.

Attention to detail and excellent presentation skills. Positive attitude, responsible and can work in a highly efficient office environment.

Able to work with AutoCAD、SU、Photoshop and Vray and other related design software. Special consideration given to those with experience in rendering.
